1. Open your Control Panel (from Start Menu).

  2. Click on Mail > Show Profiles
  3. Click on Add to enter the new Profile Name, then click OK.
  4. The Add Account Wizard will start:
  5. First Step:
  6. Select the option Manual setup or additional server types, then click Next.
  7. Second Step
  8. Select Microsoft Exchange or compatible service, then click Next
  9. Third step
  10. In server field, Type [843be504-ef27-427f-9321-2bcc4ad19da5@www.worldposta.com]
  11. IMPORTANT: Replace (WorldPosta.com) with your own domain.
  12. In User Name field, Type your Email Address.
  13. Click on More Settings
  14. IMPORTANT: you can adjust the limit for downloading the previous messages, it’s recommended to begin with the shortest time possible to complete the process quickly.
  15. Fourth step:
  16. In the Connection tab, Check on Connect to Microsoft Exchange using HTTP box.
  17. Click on Exchange proxy Settings … a new window will appear
  18. Check the Highlighted boxes
  19. In field (1), type [autodiscover.worldposta.com]
  20. In field (2), type [msstd:autodiscover.yourdomain.com]
  21. check that NTLM Authentication is selected from the dropdown menu (red highlighted)
  22. Then Click OK.
  23. Click on Check Name to test your configuration
  24. IMPORTANT: if the Icon dimmed, then you have to enter your credentials first to start testing.
  25. Click Next.
